Current Vacancy - Corporate Solicitor
An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised solicitor to join our growing Corporate Department. The successful candidate must be able to handle corporate and other transactions from start to finish and to work as part of a team on major projects, with experience in some or all of the following areas:
- M&A and other corporate transactions
- Banking and finance
- Commercial contract
- IP/IT
You will be 2 - 5 years PQE, highly motivated, ambitious and a commercially minded team player with excellent technical skills and a strong client focussed approach.
