Recruitment process

We take great care over our trainee recruitment. Each trainee is the future of Gillespie Macandrew and so it is important for you - and for us - that we recruit the right people.

You can expect three stages to your application process with Gillespie Macandrew:

Stage 1) Complete an application form (see top tips on what we look for),

Stage 2) If your application is successful, you will be invited to attend a group interview session.  Interviews are normally carried out by our Partners who have responsibility for trainees; Christopher Smith and Elspeth Paget, together with Lynda Linden our Human Resources Manager.

Stage 3) The final recruitment stage is a competency based assessment day. More details of the assessment day will be provided to the successful candidates after stage 2.
