Employment Law

Our established specialist group deals with all employment law matters. We act for both employers and employees and have vast experience of representing clients in employment tribunals and courts. We prepare contracts of employment and service contracts. We also handle immigration advice.

We handle all types of claims made to the employment tribunals including unfair dismissal claims, redundancies, compromise agreements and claims based on equal pay, racial and sexual discrimination at work.

The group works with our Corporate and Business Law colleagues to advise on TUPE and related issues, executive director contracts, employment issues surrounding share incentive schemes and employee benefits.

The group also offers seminars to clients and contacts.
