Associate, Litigation & Dispute Resolution
Elizabeth heads up our Contentious Construction Team. She
provides practical and tailored dispute resolution advice to
developers, contractors, professionals and land owners. Qualifying
as an Advocate in 1998, Elizabeth has a sound understanding of
construction industry practices and she has significant experience
in all aspects of litigation, arbitration, adjudication and
mediation.
Over the past few years, she has become increasingly active in
house builder and developer projects advising clients on land
acquisition, cash flow management and managing professional design
and build teams. Elizabeth provides clear and practical solutions
that make financial sense and maintain good business
relationships.
