Associate, Commercial Property
Heather joined the firm as an Associate in Commercial
Property in 2008 and is a member of our Housebuilder Team.
She has over twenty years experience in property related matters,
focusing especially on the acquisition and sale of strategic land
for residential and mixed use development, including site
assembly, options, development and
consortium agreements and
joint ventures as well as planning and the other
agreements necessary to facilitate development.
As well as the acquisition of
sites for our housebuilder clients, Heather is also involved in the
setting up of residential developments for sale and in the
subsequent supervision of the plot sales.
