Margaret has specialised in commercial property conveyancing for
over 30 years. She has significant experience in negotiating
leasing agreements for clients, both landlords and tenants, in
retail, industrial and agricultural sectors, and the licensed
trade.
Her main areas of expertise include conducting due diligence as
a preliminary to share acquisitions, acting for purchasers and
sellers of investment property, negotiating agreements relating to
mineral working and extraction and providing property
administration advice to charities and not-for-profit bodies. In
addition to her role at Gillespie Macandrew, Margaret is legal
adviser to <charitable organisation name>, in Scotland.
