Russell joined the firm's Corporate department in 2007. He has a
wealth of experience in helping clients to achieve their objectives
in establishing, operating and realising value from businesses.
Russell advises on business start-ups, shareholder agreements,
commercial contracts, banking and security, joint ventures,
investment funds, partnerships, LLPs, share options, business
acquisitions and disposals (including management buyouts) and
mergers.
He is a member of the firm's Employment Unit and also supports
the firm's charity law advice. Outside his professional practice,
Russell is an avid follower of local and national politics and he
is learning additional languages and takes a keen interest in all
things sporting.
