Associate, Land and Rural Business
Stephen joined the firm in 2006 and is an associate in the Rural
department. He has experience in dealing with a wide variety of
rural property matters including estates, farms, residential sales
and lettings, forestry, building plots, barony titles, sporting
rights, salmon fishings, radio masts, farming partnerships and
agricultural tenancies. He also provides regular advice and legal
anecdotes to farmers via NFU Scotland's members' magazine, Scottish
Farming Leader.
