Human Resources Manager
Lynda is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and
Development and sits on the firm's operational board. She
heads up the Human Resources Department covering all HR
requirements from formulating policy to recruitment, appraisal,
employee relations, performance management and learning &
development.
Lynda is responsible for developing and implementing the firm's
HR strategy to ensure that people management systems are in
place.
