David is Lead Partner in our Commercial Property Transactions
team. David advises both purchasers and sellers of commercial and
investment property spanning Scotland's main business sectors.
His recent transactions have included shopping centre and high
street retail outlet purchases, sales and leasing arrangements for
major chains and independent retailers, office and industrial
premises acquisition, disposal and leases care homes, nurseries and
post office acquisitions and sales, leases for leisure and
entertainment sector clients, and SIPP and property investment
deals. David is equally at home acting for Landlords and Tenants
and understands the practical issues which matter to each side.
David's clients appreciate his practical approach and ability to
do what it takes to get the transaction "over the finishing
line".
