GILLESPIE MACANDREW ACKNOWLEDGE EXCELLENCE IN SCOTTISH PROPERTY
Leading Edinburgh law-firm continues sponsorship of Scottish Home Awards
Award-winning law firm Gillespie Macandrew today (31 March) announced it is a key sponsor at this year’s Scottish Home Awards. The company is sponsor of the Housebuilder of the Year category at the annual award ceremony which acknowledges excellence across the Scottish housing industry.
Established in 2007, the Scottish Home Awards has quickly become a popular fixture in the property calendar and attracts entries from the crème of Scotland’s property developers. The awards recognise companies which have most impressed with innovative designs in nominated categories such as Luxury House of the Year, Conversion of the Year and the Community Partnership of the Year, against which background the judges will select the overall Housebuilder of the Year.
Derek McCulloch, partner and head of the commercial department at Gillespie Macandrew, said: “We are delighted to be sponsoring the Scottish Homes Awards for the second consecutive year. Housebuilding, strategic land, and related investment are key specialisms at Gillespie Macandrew, and our client base continues to account for around five per cent of all new builds in Scotland.
“This is a great opportunity to recognise excellence in the Scottish housing industry and encourage those in the sector to continue striving to be the best in the country.”
