Paralegal/Trainee Paralegal – Private Client

Gillespie Macandrew has an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal or a Trainee Paralegal to join our established Private Client team. The successful candidate will provide a varied and comprehensive support to the Private Client team in a competent and efficient manner.
Duties & Responsibilities
Some of the key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Executry Administration including Accounting, Tax & Feeing
- Dealing directly with executors/beneficiaries
- Continuing administration of Powers of Attorney and Guardianships
- Trust Administration
The role requires a highly motivated and pro-active team player with the ability to prioritise a high volume workload to an exceptional standard. The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to build and maintain collaborative and professional working relationships. It is also important for the candidate to have strong attention to detail skills and to have proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will hold a relevant Paralegal qualification and have experience in a similar role. We will also consider applicants who have relevant work experience and are willing to working towards an appropriate Paralegal qualification.
