Our leading Land and Rural Business Team is expanding and is looking for talented solicitors at both Senior Solicitor and Associate levels to support our Edinburgh, Glasgow & Perth offices.
The successful candidates will become involved in a full range of rural work including dealing with the purchase and sale of estates, forests, farms and country houses, together with advising on crofting issues and agricultural holdings legislation.
Candidates will possess a desire to actively contribute to the development of our successful and forward-thinking team. They will be confident in working independently and running their own caseload, but also be willing and able to work with other members of the team on larger or more complex transactions. They will contribute to the financial success of the team and the Firm by meeting agreed targets. Candidates will be expected to have experience of contributing to business development and marketing strategies.
Applications are invited from candidates with at least 3-5 years’ PQE in a relevant area however applications from other candidates will also be considered. These are full-time positions however consideration will also be given to part time and flexible working arrangements.
