Training and development

Our people are at the heart of our firm and we take training and development responsibilities seriously. We strongly believe a learning culture creates an exciting and challenging place to work.  From legal to business support services we’re dedicated to supporting you at every level making sure that you progress throughout your career.

We provide an extensive range of team led internal CPD events and are now into our third year of our Training Academy. This 18-month programme includes modules covering business finance, people management, business development and client relationship management providing you with the knowledge and confidence to serve our clients, along with the tools to achieve your own career objectives. We also actively encourage and support those wish to undertake professional qualifications.
