Ann Campbell

Ann is a qualified Conveyancing Paralegal in our Housebuilder team.  She has gained her knowledge of residential conveyancing over a period of 30 years, firstly as a Conveyancing Partner’s Secretary and then as a Paralegal in our Housebuilder team.  Ann acts for several recognised House Builder clients and deals with large volumes of new build Plot sales and acquisition and subsequent re-sales of part exchange properties.  Her career has provided her with the knowledge and experience to guide our clients through the legal process in connection with their Plot sales from receipt of the initial Plot Sale Reservation right through to final completion and settlement.
