Elaine advises on a wide range of rural matters and has particular expertise in the Sale and Purchase of Farms and Forestry and acts for both Lenders and Individuals in Security work. She also advises clients on general Estate Management matters such as leasing (Agricultural and Residential) and servitudes and has advised family businesses in relation to Succession Planning.
Elaine grew up in South West Scotland and tutors future Solicitors on the Strathclyde University Diploma in Professional Legal Practice.
