Keith provides advice to clients throughout the development project, often from the starting point of planning matters, through to drafting and negotiation of building contracts and professional appointments.  In the event that matters do not go as planned, Keith is also experienced in advising on construction disputes, whether by statutory adjudication, arbitration or in court.  He also has a background in property and planning matters and public sector procurement, having previously spent over 7 years working as an in-house solicitor with local authorities.
