Kimberley Mackay
Associate, Private Client
Kimberley studied at the University of Strathclyde before moving back to her hometown in Caithness where she worked for a small high street firm in both private client and conveyancing transactions. In addition to this she enjoyed the role of honorary procurator fiscal depute appearing in Wick Sheriff Court.
Kimberley relocated to Edinburgh in 2020 to specialise in private client work and has a broad range of experience in advising families and individuals in relation to Wills, Powers of Attorney, planning for care home fees, executries, trusts and tax issues.
Kimberley enjoys meeting different people and getting to know their individual circumstances. Planning for and talking about a time when someone is no longer here can be uncomfortable therefore, Kimberley works hard to get the best plan in place for her clients, while understanding the sensitivities hoping to lift a weight from their shoulders.
