Pauline has 20 + years’ experience in dealing with various house builders in Scotland.  Pauline’s work includes plot sales, part exchanges, shared equity, Help to Buy and First Home Fund transactions.  Pauline provides advice to clients with regard to obtaining concluded contracts and taking transactions through to settlement. Pauline also deals with any title queries raised by purchasing solicitors to allow them to advise their clients in obtaining a good and marketable title to their new home.
