Whilst specialising in dealing with the administration of a wide range of different types of trust, he has also dealt with the running of a number of complex financial guardianships and powers of attorney administration. He liaises regularly with financial advisers about client’s assets and has extensive experience assisting clients with their financial affairs. With a good working knowledge of income, capital gains and inheritance taxes, he is well placed to ensure client’s assets are carefully managed.
Richard has also been a legal clerk for a number of grant giving charities, assisting the charity trustees with all aspects associated with the smooth running of their organisation.
