Ross Matthew

Having worked in a variety of firms focusing on personal legal services, Ross joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in 2016 and following qualification in 2018, is now a Senior Solicitor in our residential property team.

Ross acts for a wide breadth of clients from first time buyers to investors and advises on property sales, purchases, transfers of title, and security work. Ross takes great pleasure in assisting clients with any aspect of their conveyancing transactions and provides guidance in a down to earth and approachable manner.

Ross regularly provides Duty Solicitor assistance at the ESPC to members of the public looking for general guidance on the property market in Edinburgh and purchase / sale process in Scotland. He also acts as a Supervising Solicitor with the Edinburgh University Free Legal Advice Centre, which provides pro bono advice to those in need, with a focus on property matters.
