Our clients include commercial landlords and tenants, developers and landowners and we have a particular track record advising on servitudes and rights of access, nuisance and boundary disputes.

Our team regularly handles defect and warranty claims, claims arising from repudiation and termination of contracts, professional negligence and dilapidations claims are also areas that where we can provide support.
Where disputes arise that cannot be resolved through negotiation, we have extensive experience of arbitration and adjudication, as well as formal litigation in the Court of Session and other commercial courts.
Planning disputes
Our planning team regularly advises organisations, landowners and community groups in relation to planning disputes. We have particular expertise in relation to judicial review and the planning appeal process and provide clear, pragmatic advise throuhgout.
