Leading Scottish law firm Gillespie Macandrew completed new build plot sales worth over £205m in 2020. The Firm’s total plot sales reached 822 despite a challenging climate for the housing market including a period of standstill for the construction industry in spring 2020.
This strong performance, in difficult circumstances, can be attributed to previous investment in the team and the strength of its reputation among major UK housebuilders.
