Arlene acts for clients in a wide range of commercial property transactions including acquisitions and disposals, leasing for both landlords and tenants, and ongoing lease management work. Arlene acts for a number of retail clients including a global coffee operator, a luxury watch retailer, and a global apparel and footwear company.
Arlene is also experienced in the real estate finance sector acting for funders, borrowers, investors and developers in all aspects of real estate finance. Arlene acts for clients in relation to refinancing deals and acquisition and development funding.
