Emma Sullivan

Emma is an Accredited Paralegal in the Housebuilder Team and deals with all aspects of plot sales with various well-known developers. These developers have numerous sites all over Scotland varying in size and plot numbers.

She deals with the transaction from start to finish and advises her clients on any issues that may arise with title matters, missive issues etc.

Emma has a BA degree in Law and has years of experience in plot sales, residential conveyancing, commercial conveyancing and private client matters. She is able to use these years of practice to assist her clients with any concerns they may have. She also began studying for the Law Society Solicitor Exams which she may return to at some point.
