Kathryn has a particular focus on succession planning for high‑net‑worth individuals, including the use of trusts, tax considerations and safeguarding assets for future generations. Kathryn also has significant experience in administering and managing contentious or high‑value trusts and estates, with an interest in cross‑border estate and tax issues.

Kathryn frequently advises on Land and Buildings Transaction Tax (LBTT) and the Additional Dwelling Supplement (ADS), providing clear, practical guidance on complex transactions.

Kathryn is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), having completed the STEP Diploma in Tax and Estate Planning, and she is also a Notary Public.
