Katie joined the private client team at Gillespie Macandrew in January 2023. She advises on all aspects of wills, powers of attorney, adults with incapacity and executry estate administration. Katie also has experience advising clients in relation to their estate planning and tax concerns.

During her career, Katie has dealt predominantly with elderly and vulnerable clients. She enjoys building relationships, guiding clients through often difficult times in their lives and finding the best way she can assist.

In 2018 Katie qualified as a solicitor and was admitted as a Notary Public. She completed the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates (Scotland) in 2021.
