Katie McGuire
Head of Operations
Katie is responsible for operations across Gillespie Macandrew. She will work alongside other functional Heads as part of the Senior Management Team, to develop and implement operational improvements across the Firm. Her key areas of focus include management of the firms’ properties, insurances and supplier relationships.
Having worked for over 15 years with KPMG in the UK and Australia, Katie brings significant experience in business operations. Her strategic and operational background stems from her work as a management consultant and operations lead focused on business improvement, change management and operations management across multiple sectors and functional areas. Katie is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds a graduate Diploma in Management.
