Laura is a Senior Solicitor in our Corporate team and advises clients with a variety of matters including company incorporations, share sales and shareholder agreements.  Laura also advises our charity clients and has specific expertise in relation to updates to their articles of association and asset transfers. She also has experience assisting the banking team in real estate finance transactions.

Having completed both her LLB Degree and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Edinburgh, Laura commenced her traineeship with Gillespie Macandrew in 2020.  Laura qualified into the Corporate team as a Solicitor in September 2022.
