Mark Milne is an Associate and Notary Public in our Corporate team and is based in the Edinburgh office. With extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, Mark advises on a wide range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructurings, investments, share incentive schemes, partnerships, and contractual agreements.
Mark works with clients across a range of sectors, including science, technology and environmental industries. He supports companies of all sizes, from startups to established businesses in navigating complex transactions and achieving strategic goals.
Having previously worked in a boutique corporate law firm specialising in M&A and investments, Mark has established experience in the field and as a Notary Public, he also provides notarization services to clients.
