Richard Smith

Richard has over 20 years’ experience in private client work and is a Law Society of Scotland Accredited Private Client Paralegal. His main work is dealing with the administration of executries but is experienced in all manner of private client work. He has extensive knowledge and experience of all types of executries, from the straightforward to the complex.

Richard’s aim is to guide families in a difficult time through the complexities of an estate,  and he understands the importance of building up a good relationship with the client as the administration of an estate can take, at the very least, six months.
