Sam Conington
Senior Solicitor, Land and Rural Business
Sam completed both his undergraduate LLB Degree and Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Aberdeen before commencing his traineeship with Gillespie Macandrew in 2019. With 18 months of his 2nd year traineeship focused on property, Sam qualified into the Land and Rural Business team as a solicitor in 2021.
Coming from the rural Scottish Borders, Sam pairs his upbringing and knowledge of the sector with fundamental conveyancing practices in order to provide help and advice to those involved in the sale or purchase of agricultural land and buildings, forestry and crofts. Sam is also involved in advising individuals and businesses on a range of other property work such as agricultural leases, servitudes and general estate management.
