Fraser is a Partner in our Dispute Resolution team, specialising in both Employment and Business Immigration.
Fraser has extensive experience advising clients – both in private practice and as in-house counsel – on the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. His work includes advising on contracts of employment, employee relations, discrimination, redundancy, agricultural sector employment matters, disciplinary and grievance processes, whistleblowing, TUPE, settlement agreements and Employment Tribunal litigation.
Fraser regularly advises both employers and senior employees on negotiated exits. He also regularly advises on Board and Trustee disputes, working closely with experts in our Corporate and Charities teams.
Relating to business immigration, Fraser supports clients across a wide range of sectors with securing Home Office Sponsor Licences, sponsorship of overseas workers and navigating immigration compliance. He also advises clients on overseas recruitment options, right to work checks, avoiding discrimination in recruitment, and responses to Home Office civil penalty notices.
Fraser is known for his insightful guidance and practical, solutions‑focused approach, helping clients navigate complex issues with clarity and confidence, tailored to the needs of their sector.
Fraser is a member of the Employment Law Group, the Glasgow Business Club and serves as a Judicial Panel Member for the Scottish Football Association.
