Margaret L Day

Margaret is a specialist in commercial property work and is very experienced in all types of transactional conveyancing, including leasing.  She has developed supportive relationships with a number of long-standing clients of the firm.   More recently, she has increased her involvement in development and energy related projects and has a personal appointment as legal adviser to a Scottish charity, with which she has now worked closely for several years

Margaret enjoys addressing the issues raised in her work – and achieving solutions for her clients.   The range of her experience has made her familiar with some of the “byways” of Scottish conveyancing which can have real (and sometimes surprising) relevance to current issues.
