Living Wage Statement

Gillespie Macandrew is an accredited real Living Wage employer and is fully committed to fair reward through our policies on salary, bonus and benefits schemes. The Living Wage is a voluntary undertaking intended to recognise the dignity of work and the importance for individuals, families and society of people being able to earn a comfortable living. We expect our suppliers to adopt the same high standards that we adhere to and promote fair employment practices throughout including in relation to pay and reward. We will aim to ensure where possible (to the extent permitted by law) that our suppliers and sub-contractors pay Living Wage to their employees based in the UK.
