Allana Butler

Allana is an Accredited Paralegal in our Energy and Strategic Land team. She completed her Law degree and Legal Practice Course at the University of Plymouth with both practical and theoretical experience in dealing with English matters.

Allana is responsible for carrying out high volume renewable energy and strategic land matters including purchases, leases and servitudes a major utility. She assists the team with matters relating to transactions in both Scotland and England& Wales..

Allana also has experience in conveyancing, specialising in New Build matters having previously worked within our Housebuilder team. The skills and experience Allana has acquired during her time at the firm has had a great impact on her development of Scottish Law. Her organisational skills have also enabled her to integrate between changeable sectors of work. Allana is keen to enhance her knowledge in the team and hopes to continue to provide a high level of support to ensure all transactions are dealt with smoothly and in a timely fashion.

Highlights include:

• Administering and operating on a case management system for volume transactions for major Housebuilders’ new plot sales;
• Operating on a case management system for volume transactions related to networks and connections to an electricity utility;
• Legal and administrative support to both energy and strategic land real estate transactions and projects in Scotland and England & Wales;
• Secondment to an electricity distribution network team within a major utility.
