Heather Pearson

Heather has almost 30 years’ experience advising the Real Estate Sector in Scotland. As a specialist in both residential and commercial property development,  Heather advises a broad portfolio of clients including developers, funders, and property investment companies on a wide range of matters including residential and commercial property development, mixed use schemes, strategic options, joint venture partnering arrangements, complex acquisitions and disposals and asset management.

Heather has significant expertise in the social housing sector advising RSLs and their funders on property development, funding, regulatory and governance issues.

Heather is a recognised expert in social housing in the legal directories and previously held the position on the SPF Residential Investment Committee as well as, previously holding the position of Chair of the management board of a national RSL during a period of significant growth and transformation.

Heather is known for her comprehensive understanding of business requirements in the sector as well as attention to detail to achieve successful outcomes for our clients.
