Jennifer Hamilton

Jenny joined Gillespie Macandrew in June 2025 in the Energy and Strategic Land team and is both an Associate Member of the National Association of Licensed Paralegals (England) and Member of the Scottish Paralegal Association. Jenny has experience assisting on freehold and leasehold commercial real estate matters, as well as, providing cross-divisional support to Energy, Scottish Property and Dispute Resolution teams, giving Jenny a breadth of knowledge of different types of commercial real estate transactions.

Jenny’s skills include knowledge of HMLR and SDLT processes, data room management, and property searches. Jenny’s legal and professional qualifications include University of Warwick degree, Legal Secretarial certificates (ILEX), and both Specialist Paralegal in Commercial Conveyancing (Scotland) and Specialist Paralegal in Commercial Property (England & Wales) (both CLT).

Jenny has over four years’ legal practice experience in the English Real Estate sector and was also a Legal PA for over eleven years.

Jenny has a genuine enthusiasm for the work which ensures a positive approach when supporting her client’s objectives.
