Keith has over 25 years’ experience as a specialist legal advisor for the Construction and Engineering industry with an extensive track record in both contentious and non-contentious matters. Keith supports clients with detailed examination of complex contracts, presents solutions for significant disputes and works with clients to mitigate risks, in order to drive decision making and ensure cost efficiencies.

Keith is dual qualified as a Solicitor in Scotland as well as England & Wales.

Keith is a qualified Mediator with in-depth experience in litigation, arbitration and other methods of dispute resolution, having conducted numerous high value construction adjudications and acted as the adjudicator in a number of major disputes.
