Rachel graduated in 2002 from the University of Abertay Dundee with a Bachelor of Arts in European Business Law, and then went on to complete her Paralegal Qualification in Residential Conveyancing. Rachel has a wealth of experience having worked for several years in both Fife and Edinburgh, starting in volume conveyancing before deciding to focus on residential property and joined Gillespie Macandrew in 2008.

Rachel deals with all types of residential conveyancing such as purchases, sales, remortgages and transfers of titles, including purchasing from developers and using Government iniatives such as LIFT and Help to Buy.

Rachel is a member of the Specialist Paralegal Association and is an Accredited Paralegal with the Law Society.
