Richard Adams

Richard grew up in rural South Lanarkshire, giving him an understanding of the needs and requirements of rural life. He completed his LLB Degree at the University of Aberdeen and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow, joining Gillespie Macandrew in 2024 after gaining experience in a wide range of rural property work, with a particular emphasis on sales and purchases of land and buildings, servitudes and general estate management.

Richard provides clients with assurance every step of the way, ensuring they are kept up to date as transactions progress and answering queries in a timely and personable manner.
