Victoria works with a broad spectrum of clients in a range of property transactions including purchases and sales of commercial properties, leasing for both tenants and landlords and dealing with landlord portfolio properties and lease management work to include dealing with lease variations and rent reviews.
Victoria also has experience in property finance work acting on behalf of both borrowers and lenders and plot sale management in connection with residential housing developments.
