Rebecca Gallagher

Rebecca is a solicitor in our corporate team and advises on a variety of corporate and commercial matters including company incorporations, mergers and acquisitions as well as refinancing.
Rebecca completed her LLB degree with Risk Management at Glasgow Caledonian University and her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at Glasgow University. Following graduation, Rebecca worked as a Corporate Paralegal for two years before completing her legal traineeship. Rebecca joined the Gillespie Macandrew in September 2023.
