Beth is a solicitor in our Commercial Property team and handles a range of commercial property matters. Beth deals with commercial acquisitions and sales as well as leasing and lease management, having experience acting for both landlord and tenant clients. Beth also works on real estate finance matters on behalf of both borrowers and lenders.

Beth joined Gillespie Macandrew as a Trainee Solicitor in 2021 after completing her LLB at the University of Dundee and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Edinburgh. Throughout her career so far, Beth has developed a keen interest in working within the fast-paced environment of the firm’s property teams and gained experience in the Residential Property, Land and Rural Business and Commercial Property departments.
