Donna Veitch

Donna is an Accredited Paralegal in our private client department, primarily dealing with all aspects of executry administration, both testate and intestate.  Specific aspects of her work include carrying out initial investigations of an estate, dealing with inheritance tax reporting to HMRC and generally following the process through to the final stages of the estate administration – including obtaining HMRC clearance on completion of all necessary tax reporting, as well as, producing an estate account before arranging for distribution of estate funds to the residuary beneficiaries.

Donna works closely with her clients and is known for having a methodical approach to problem solving, advising and guiding clients with ease through what can sometimes be difficult personal circumstances.  Donna is also experienced in the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney.

Donna has over 20 years’ experience within the private client sector, holds a specialist Paralegal Certificate in Wills, Trusts and Executries and is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland.  Donna is also a member of the Scottish Paralegal Society.
