Commercial real estate
Our experienced team has developed a significant track record advising in relation to prime real estate assets across Scotland including advising Wire Oast Limited, an SPV established by Avignon Capital on the £23.3m acquisition of a portfolio of Waitrose stores in Glasgow. We have particular expertise in the retail sector and advise a number of international retailers on their Scottish property requirements including leasing arrangements at the landmark St James’ Quarter in Edinburgh and in prime retail locations in Glasgow City Centre.
Housebuilding
We are one of the leading advisors to the housebuilding sector and advise some of the UK’s largest housebuilders. Clients look to us for our pragmatism and unrivalled sector knowledge and our share of the market continues to grow and in the last year we advised on 10% of all new plot sales in Scotland.
