Alan’s work in the charity sector extends to preparing governing documents, managing applications for registration of new charities, implementing reorganisation schemes for older charities and helping charity trustees through regulatory inquiries. Alan was formerly a Legal Officer with the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator and is accredited by The Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in charity law.
