Gillian advises on a wide range of private client work. She is particularly interested in Adults with Incapacity law, and often advise clients on Powers of Attorney, Guardianships, and other issues around Adults with Incapacity Law.
Gillian is experienced in assisting elderly clients and clients with disabilities. Gillian has a friendly and approachable personality and finds building trusting relationships with clients, the most rewarding part of her job.
Gillian also advises on Wills and Estate Planning, Trusts and Executry administration. In 2021 Gillian completed the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates (Scotland).
