Nikki has over 35 years’ experience in advising clients on a wide range of residential and commercial property matters. She regularly advises a broad cross section of clients from individuals, family businesses, companies, foreign investors, SME’s, and banking clients.

Nikki has extensive experience in dealing with high-net-worth residential properties advising on sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of titles. Nikki is also experienced in all aspects of commercial property transactions; acquisitions, disposals, leasing (landlord and tenant), business acquisition and sales and finance transactions across the office, logistics, leisure, retail, development and hospitality sectors.
