Growing up in rural Fife gave Stephen useful insight into country matters. He advises a diverse group of clients on a broad range of rural issues.

Stephen advises on a number of well known Scottish Estates on property and agricultural matters. He has also acted for buyers, sellers and lenders in relation to the acquisition, sale, leasing and refinancing of high value rural property. This includes residential and commercial leasing, forestry, sporting interests, fishing rights, renewable energy, residential and commercial leasing and barony titles. Stephen also contributes articles on legal topics to NFU Scotland’s members’ magazine, Scottish Farming Leader.
